Frequently Asked Questions

  • Rentals ship in crates of six to ensure they arrive safely and efficiently. Items arrive 48–72 hours before your event and must be returned within 48 hours using the included prepaid return label.

    Fill out the form above to tell us about your event, and a member of our team will send an invoice and rental contract. Please note, a 20% refundable deposit is required to secure your rental.

  • Orders must be placed at least 30 days before your event.

  • Hurricanes typically arrive 48–72 hours before your event. Please confirm with your venue that they can receive the shipment in advance. If delivery to an alternative address is needed, email sales@eandsimports.com.

  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of your event. A prepaid return label is included in the crate. Late returns may incur a fee (per your rental contract).

  • Rentals are $75 per hurricane, available in sets of six. Shipping is included in the rental price. Hurricanes are shipped in a sturdy crate inside a box with a return label for easy returns.

    Please note, a 20% refundable deposit is required to secure your rental.

  • Our crates are designed to safely and efficiently ship six hurricanes at a time. This ensures your items arrive in perfect condition and makes the rental process smooth and hassle-free.
